Transworld Sells Utopia Boutique

Transworld Business Advisors of the Gulf Coast has announced the sale of Utopia, a popular local boutique with locations in Fairhope and Orange Beach. The sale is the result of a confidential sales process brokered by Transworld Business Advisor Rebecca Semple. With Semple’s support, Utopia Founder Barbara Ladnier sold her business to Darla Trocchio, who previously owned a wedding and formal dress shop in Lubbock, Texas. “Utopia has been a strong part of the community in Fairhope and Orange Beach for more than 20 years, and I know that Darla will continue Barbara’s legacy well,” Semple said.
