12th Annual Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo Coming Up

The Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo will be held on June 6-7 downstairs at the Flora-Bama Ole River Grill/Flora-Bama Yacht Club campus at 17350 Perdido Key Drive in Orange Beach, across the street from the lounge. The tournament begins with a virtual captain’s meeting at 6 p.m. on June 5 on the Flora-Bama Facebook page. Daily weigh-ins at the Ole River dock are from 2-7 p.m on June 6 and 12-7 p.m. on June 7. Anglers may bring fish to the weigh-in by car or boat. The awards ceremony will be held June 8 at 11 a.m. at the Flora-Bama Yacht Club. The multispecies, recreational, competitive fishing tournament features 30 categories with first-, second- and third-place prize packages for each category for children and adults. Registration starts at $25 for those 12 and younger and $50 for those 13 and older.
