AAU Basketball Tournament To Be Held In Mobile

The Gulf Coast Showdown Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Basketball Tournament will celebrate 13 years as one of the Gulf Coast’s top youth tournaments at the Mobile Convention Center on May 9-10. More than 150 teams (boys and girls, grades 2-12) from several Southeast states, including Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida, will compete on multiple courts. Each team is guaranteed three games. Games will be played from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. on May 9 and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on May 10.
