Beach Club’s Jones Earns National Award

Spectrum Resorts Beach Club’s Ashton Jones has earned a Resort and Commercial Recreation Association (RCRA) national award, Mullet Wrapper reports. Jones is activities manager at the club in Fort Morgan. He received the award for outstanding leadership in the development and promotion of quality recreation programs and services. Ashton oversees 120 seasonal and 80 year-round staff. His department goals include having a 93% customer satisfaction rating and meeting or exceeding monthly budgeted goals. Beach Club guest activities include fundraisers for the Fort Morgan Fire Department and participation in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Christmas program for needy children.
