Cody Named Bay City Fitness Coach

Bay City Fitness, a gym and physical fitness center at 5616 Old Shell Road in Mobile, recently added Tim Cody as a new bootcamp, performance training and personal training coach. Cody was born in Birmingham but moved to Mobile at a young age and attended Faith Academy, participating in the school’s first Alabama High School Athletic Association football playoff appearance. He attended Faulkner University, where he played football and studied science, sports recreation and fitness. He received his bachelor’s degree in May 2024.
