Daphne High School Women’s Basketball To Host Golf Tournament

DAPHNE, Ala. — The Daphne High School Women’s Basketball Program will benefit from proceeds raised during the inaugural Lady Trojans 6th Man Club Golf Tournament on July 29 at Rock Creek Golf Club in Fairhope. Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The four-person teams will have a chance to win prizes, including a new motorcycle provided by Mobile Bay Harley-Davidson, which is serving as a hole-in-one sponsor. The event will recognize first-, second- and third-place teams during lunch, which will be provided by Zaxby’s in Daphne. Funds raised from the tournament will allow the nonprofit booster club the opportunity to enhance training facilities and equipment, help cover travel expenses for out-of- town games and reduce overall team fees. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
