Gulf Shores Hard Courts To Get New Lighting

Gulf Shores is bringing new lighting to its 12 hard courts, OBA reports. The bid of $196,000 for the installation of the new system went to Saraland-based Harris Contracting. The hard courts will get new lighting this year, and the soft courts are to be part of the Engineering Department’s budget for 2024, as the hard courts are older and took a bigger hit from Hurricane Sally.
