With existing locations in Birmingham, Huntsville and Nashville, the company provides ways to exercise with programming and nutrition consulting from certified professionals that come to clients’ houses. Owned by Hannah Birchfield, the HOMEFIT franchise’s services include one-on-one in-home personal training, small-group training, nutrition consulting, weight loss training, strength training, senior fitness, cardiovascular exercising and more.
