Inaugural BCEC Polo Event To Benefit Palm Project

The Baldwin County Education Coalition (BCEC) has announced the inaugural Charity Chukkers Polo Event, billed as “a one-of-a-kind afternoon of polo, philanthropy and community impact,” on May 4 from noon to 4 p.m. at February Farm at 14420 County Road 3 in Fairhope. Presented by the Shirlee’s Kids Charitable Foundation, Charity Chukkers will raise funds to support Palm Project, an initiative focused on meeting the basic needs of students throughout Baldwin County. Palm Project stocks care closets in every public school, ensuring students have access to essential items that promote academic success and well-being at no cost to families or schools. During the 2023-2024 school year, the program provided more than 18,000 essential items across 43 schools. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available.
