Mobile Christian Announces Promotions, Adds To Athletics Program

MOBILE, Ala. — Mobile Christian Baseball Coach Talley Haines has been named the school’s athletic director (AD), following Joey Adams, who is now director of operations at the school, AL.com reports. Haines will continue to coach baseball, as well. Adams served as AD at the school during 2000-2007 and 2015-2022. The school also recently announced that Will Phillips would be the new boys’ basketball coach, also taking over for Adams, and Jackie Haines has been hired as head volleyball coach. Phillips is a graduate of Faulkner University in Montgomery and has been a part of the Mobile Christian basketball program for the past three years, serving as the head junior varsity coach and varsity assistant under Adams. Haines previously served as the coach during 2011-2015. She takes over for Autumn Parker, who stepped down at the end of the season after leading the team to the regionals.
