Mobile Lawyer Opens Yoga Studio

MOBILE, Ala. — Alison Herlihy of Herlihy Family Law recently opened a second business, Kindred Yoga, in Midtown Mobile, offering a range of classes for yogis at all levels. Herlihy has been an avid yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. She started practicing yoga at the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and started teaching yoga at the Moorer YMCA downtown in 2016 after a teacher encouraged her. She eventually completed formal training and, in 2018, moved to Glow Yoga in Mobile, where she met Elizabeth McCraw, her partner in Kindred Yoga. During that time, she developed a busy family law practice and built her own firm, Herlihy Family Law.
