Mobile To Be Port Of Call For American Cruise Lines In March 2026

Local officials have announced that Mobile will be a port of call for American Cruise Lines and its American Symphony ship next spring as part of a new Gulf Coast Cruise itinerary. The eight-day cruise, which travels from New Orleans to Pensacola, will include stops at several ports along the Gulf Coast. The first voyage is set to depart from New Orleans on March 1, 2026, with the American Symphony arriving in Mobile on day six of the itinerary. The ship is scheduled to make four stops in Mobile during March, each bringing approximately 180 guests. American Cruise Lines is a U.S.-based company known for its small, spacious ships that provide destination-focused travel experiences. Its cruises are designed to immerse guests in the culture, history and cuisine of America’s waterfront cities. A highlight of the upcoming cruise season will be March 22, 2026, when two ships are to be docked in Mobile simultaneously: the American Symphony and the Carnival Spirit.
