OWA Wake Jam Tournament This Weekend

FOLEY, Ala. — Gravity Island Watersports at OWA is hosting a Wake Jam tournament, its first-ever wakeboarding competition, on September 2-3. It will feature events for competitors at all levels. Guests can also watch the event from OWA Island, where a DJ will be set up. OWA said the Wake Park at Gravity Island is the southernmost cable park in Alabama and offers an encouraging environment for the growing sport. The goal for the event is to provide a non-intimidating yet exciting opportunity for riders to show off their talent and stretch their skills, while competing for cash and prizes.
