Saraland Opens The Land Indoor Complex

The City of Saraland, the Saraland Area Chamber of Commerce and community partners recently held an Indoor Complex Ribbon Cutting, a major milestone in the development of The Land Sports & Recreation Complex, a $72-million, 100-acre destination designed to serve as a regional hub for athletics, wellness and community connection. The 78,000-ft2 indoor complex features four basketball courts, eight volleyball courts, 12 indoor pickleball courts, two multipurpose rooms, an indoor walking track and locker rooms. It also houses The Fitness Den, a full-service fitness center offering monthly and annual membership options for adults and youth. A free indoor walking club membership will also be available to residents. The addition of The Fitness Den and the Indoor Complex complements Saraland’s broader vision for The Land, a 100-acre regional hub for sports, wellness and community events designed to serve residents and visitors for generations to come.
