Southern Muscle Factory, a gym and fitness center, has opened in Tanger Outlets off Highway 59 in Foley. The gym offers cardio machines, Smith machines, free weights, dumbbells, a 3D body fat and lean mass body scanner, a posing room and more and is open 24/7. Southern Muscle Factory was founded by Marty Meredith, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. “Our gym is more than just a place to work out; it’s a supportive environment where members become family.
