Spring Hill College Names Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach

Head Coach Karen McConico and the Spring Hill College Department of Athletics recently announced Sydney Westry as assistant coach for women’s basketball. A native of Saraland, Westry joins the Badgers following two seasons under head coach Billy Evans at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee, and two seasons as a staff assistant at Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Westry holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Mobile (2017) and a master’s degree in kinesiology from Troy University (2019).
