Visit Mobile Hosts Travel Agents And Others To Promote Mobile, Cruises

Visit Mobile recently welcomed approximately 100 guests to Mobile to promote the Carnival Spirit and provide a custom, unique opportunity to experience Mobile. The group included directors from Carnival Cruise Lines’ national office who primarily focus on business development, and top-producing travel advisors (agents) from across the U.S. These advisors were selected to travel to Mobile because of their successful businesses and after completing an online ambassador program as an education component to familiarize them with Mobile. Visit Mobile organizes these immersive experiences for travel advisors to keep Mobile a top prospect as a distinct and valuable destination for their travel clients, especially those interested in cruises. “The focus of this experience is to provide the travel advisors firsthand knowledge of everything our city offers as they prepare to promote the Mobile culture to their clients,” said Patty Kieffer, senior vice president of Visit Mobile.
