Three commercial storefronts on St. Louis Street in Downtown Mobile are available for sale for $3.7 million, The Bama Buzz reports. Having the three properties bundled together is the work of Shannon Waltchack, a Birmingham-based commercial real estate operator. The properties include The Cheese Cottage, Wingman Brewing Company and BoHayden’s, all thriving local businesses.
