Gulf Shores Utilities Appoints General Manager

Rhonda Butler was recently named general manager of Gulf Shores Utilities, where she has worked for 13 years, most recently as chief financial officer. Butler also served the utility as manager of finance and customer service following her graduation from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. Now, she oversees all operations. She is a graduate of Foley High School and a recent inductee into the program’s hall of fame for her basketball performance, including scoring more than 1,000 points.
