Resource Rodeo Coming Up In Mobile

MOBILE, Ala. — The Resource Rodeo, organized by the Mobile United Economic Development Team, is being held on August 30 at Innovation Portal in Mobile. Small and emerging businesses will be able to ask questions and visit booths at an exhibition, where long visits are encouraged. Participant registration opens at 4 p.m., and an opening introduction and speakers Todd Greer of Innovation Portal; Mel Washington of the Small Business Development Center; and Tommy Faust, Jr. of Trustmark Bank will speak for 15 min each. Booths will open at 5:15 p.m. and remain open until 6:30 p.m. An area will also be set up for casual networking, and refreshments will be served.
