According to AL.com, Gulf Coast Crazy King Burrito has leased 1,200 ft2 of space in the Dauphin Square Shopping Center at 3220 Dauphin Street in Mobile and plans to open in September, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties. This will be the third U.S. location for the Cozumel, Mexico-based franchise. Also in Mobile, an investor paid $200,000 for a standalone office building at 2463 Eslava Creek Parkway, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. The purchase includes 2,676 ft2 of office space and a 1,200-ft2 warehouse. Finally, in Gulf Shores, the Sunset Point subdivision on Sunset Drive off Windmill Ridge Road will feature four single-family lots along Little Lagoon on 1.26 acres.
