HOTWORX Daphne Opens On Highway 98

HOTWORX Daphne recently celebrated its opening. Located at 28588 Highway 98, Suite 1 in Daphne, HOTWORX introduces exercise with 24/7 access to infrared sauna workouts. The studio features nine infrared saunas with virtual instructor-led sessions, offering both isometric workouts and high-intensity interval training. Additionally, fitness enthusiasts can utilize the FX Zone, a dedicated space equipped with weights for strength training. The infrared heat not only enhances calorie burn, but also supports detoxification and muscle recovery. “As a busy mom myself, I struggled to find the time to work out. I loved the concept of working out in the heat and the fact that I can schedule my workouts on my own time 24/7. The heat intensifies the workout, yielding more workout in less time,” said HOTWORX Daphne owner Sam Kendrick.
