Fairhope’s Baldwin Square Shopping Center Sold

Herrington Realty has announced the sale of Baldwin Square Shopping Center in Fairhope. The 141,000-ft2 shopping center sold to an out-of-state investor who has plans to rejuvenate the center with facade and exterior upgrades. Herrington Realty represented the buyer in the transaction, and Colby Herrington and Parker Herrington will be retained as the leasing agents for the center.
