Accounting Firms Announce Merger

Mobile-based Pawlowski & Associates, which is owned by Mark Pawlowski, recently announced it has merged with Graham, Brown & Dutton, PC and will be located at 1111 Hillcrest Road, Suite 220 in Mobile. All staff were included in the merger. Graham, Brown & Dutton was originally formed as Keith A. Graham, CPA, in 2003 as a sole proprietorship with the goal of providing small businesses in Mobile and the Gulf Coast with the same high-quality services larger companies receive. After early growth and moving the office, the firm became Keith Graham & Associates, PC, in July 2005. A merger in 2007 saw J. Charles Brown and David Dutton join the firm, which the company said provided the structure needed to offer attestation and other additional services.
