Crow Shields Bailey, Wilkins Miller Named Best Companies To Work For

Crow Shields Bailey, with offices in Mobile, Daphne and Gulf Shores, was recently named one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama.”  Another named to the list was Wilkins Miller, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope. This is the ninth consecutive recognition to the list for Wilkins Miller. Created by Business Alabama and Best Companies Group, this annual program is in its 14th year. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Alabama that benefit the economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 40 companies. To assist in making its selection, the Best Companies Group conducts a two-part survey process, which includes evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and employee surveys to measure employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking.
