Wilkins Miller Named A “Best Company To Work” For In Alabama

Mobile-based Wilkins Miller LLC has been named one of the 2022 “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama” by Business Alabama and the Best Companies Group. The firm earned fourth place and was formally recognized in Business Alabama’s December issue. This is Wilkins Miller’s eighth consecutive appearance on the list, with all its rankings placing in the top four. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Alabama based on their benefits to the economy, workforce and businesses. To assist in making its selection, the Best Companies Group conducts a two-part survey process, which includes evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics and employee surveys to measure employee experience.
