NASEM Forum Coming To Mobile

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) will convene a three-day national forum on nature-based solutions on March 10-12 at the MacQueen Alumni Center at the University of South Alabama. It will highlight innovative strategies to reduce risks from flooding, coastal erosion and extreme weather while supporting biodiversity and community well-being. The event will bring together practitioners, researchers and policymakers to share best practices, explore innovations and discuss pathways for scaling up nature-based solutions. There is also a virtual attendance option.
