MMofA Holiday Market, Open House Coming Up

The Mobile Museum of Art’s (MMofA) Holiday Market & Open House is taking place on December 9 at 2-5 p.m. The event will feature live music from Denver Hawsey; food trucks including Flying Pig, frios, Lil Donut Factory, Los Rollin’ Bros and Neon Grill; art activities; and free museum admission. Executive Director Jon Carfagno said, “From art-making activities to experiencing the galleries, this family-friendly event brings something for everyone.” Vendors will offer handmade items such as jewelry, pottery and self-care products. MMofA’s popular children’s exhibition, “FOR CHILDREN: The Elements of Art and Design,” among others, will be available to view during the open house, and Muffinjaw Designs will display live glassblowing.
