MMofA Joins Museums For All

The Mobile Museum of Art (MMofA) has announced it has joined Museums for All, a signature access program of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, administered by the Association of Children’s Museums. The program encourages people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum-going habits. The program supports those receiving food assistance (SNAP) benefits visiting MMofA for free general admission with the presentation of a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer card. Similar free or reduced admission is available to those eligible at more than 1,350 museums across the country. MMofA joins other Mobile institutions that participate in Museums for All, including the History Museum of Mobile, Mobile Botanical Gardens, University of South Alabama Archaeology Museum and Historic Oakleigh House Museum.
