Poetry Workshop Coming To Room 1927

The Mobile Arts Council is hosting a poetry workshop at its gallery at Room 1927 adjacent to Saenger Theatre Mobile on May 3 at 12-2 p.m. The immersive event will be led by City of Mobile Poet Laureate Charlotte Pence. The workshop is for anyone, from aspiring poets to seasoned writers. Attendees are asked to bring their favorite writing tools (pens, pencils, notepads, an iPad or even a typewriter), water and a snack or sack lunch. Registration is required, and space is limited.
