Leadership Changes At Hatch

Hatch, a Fairhope-based technology village and entrepreneurial support hub with a goal to support and grow the technology-based entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region, has announced that Keith Glines is its new leader. Rick Miller, director since 2018, will assume the role of senior advisor. Glines joined Hatch in 2024 to oversee strategic partnerships for the accelerator and now, Hatch says, will “bring a fresh perspective to advance the organization’s mission of empowering startups and fostering innovation.” He is CEO of Back Porch Productions, a Fairhope multimedia and publishing company, and hosts The Overlap Podcast, a weekly series that discusses the intersections between work, fitness, family, faith and leadership with the goal of simplifying big business for small business leaders. Miller is president and CEO of Pro 356 Consulting. He has more than 30 years of experience specializing in strategic planning and organizational development across various industries in both the public and private sectors. He has served as an executive in various industries, holds an MBA from Harvard University and serves as facilitator of the Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders program in Mobile.
