JF Fitness Coming To Former Winn-Dixie In West Mobile

Paramount Commercial Partners has announced that Jack Robertson has represented JF Fitness of North America, a Crunch Fitness franchise operator, in the lease of the former Winn-Dixie building at 6300 Grelot Road in Mobile. This new Crunch Fitness location further strengthens the brand’s footprint along the Gulf Coast. The operator owns and operates Crunch locations in Mobile, Dothan and Montgomery. The former Winn-Dixie box spans 51,282 ft2 and is highly visible and accessible. The club will feature advanced cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, recovery amenities and an energetic atmosphere designed for all fitness levels. Construction is expected to begin soon, with additional details, including founding membership availability and pre-opening timelines, to be released in the coming months.
