MOBILE, Ala. — After an extensive nationwide search, native Mobilian and former U.S. Congressman Bradley Byrne has been named the next Mobile Chamber president and CEO, effective June 1, reports the Mobile Chamber. As president and CEO, Byrne will lead the Mobile Chamber’s 1,800+ members in advancing its mission of promoting free enterprise, economic competitiveness and growth for the benefit of southwest Alabama. “We are thrilled to welcome Bradley as the Chamber’s new president and CEO,” said Chamber Chairman Matt White of White-Spunner Realty. “Throughout the state and in Washington, Bradley is recognized as a leader who knows how to get things done.
