Mobile Chamber Exceeds Job Creation, Investment Goals

The Mobile Chamber has exceeded its five-year goals for its Partners for Growth V campaign in only two years and one month. The goal for job creation, 2,500 new direct jobs, has been exceeded by 188%, with 4,700 announced. The goal for capital investment, $1.5 billion, has been exceeded by 235%, with $3.53 billion announced. “Surpassing our five-year goals in just over two years is a remarkable achievement, but we’re just getting started. This success is a testament to the power of partnership, the strength of our business community and the limitless potential of Mobile,” said Mobile Chamber President and CEO Bradley Byrne. “We’re not resting on our laurels. We’re forging ahead, attracting new opportunities and building a future where our city continues to thrive for generations to come.” Partners for Growth V is a coalition of public and private investors who fund economic growth through the Mobile Chamber.
