Mobile Chamber Makes Economic Development Hires

 The Mobile Chamber has named Olivia Griffiths its economic development coordinator. Her role is to support the department across a range of initiatives, projects and events to strengthen efforts in business development, existing industry, workforce development and talent attraction program areas. She recently relocated to Mobile from the U.K., where she obtained a BA in business and events management at Leeds Beckett University. She has more than 6 years of experience in live event production, project management, employee engagement and providing executive support. Additionally, Tyler F. Walsh joined the chamber’s economic development team as research manager. Walsh’s role is to collect, organize, analyze and interpret data about the Mobile area to help guide decision-making and strategy. He attended Auburn University and earned a BS in computer science with a concentration in business analytics in May. He brings knowledge about data visualization to help assist the economic development team in its mission to bring more economic growth to Mobile.
