Mobile Procurement Forum Announced

MOBILE, Ala. — The Mobile Chamber and Mobile County Legislative Delegation are hosting “Doing Business with the State of Alabama Procurement Forum & Expo” on May 25 at 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa. Alabama Department of Transportation, Alabama Department of Corrections and State Purchasing Director Michael Jones’ speech is intended to help small companies find and gain new business. “One of the most overlooked avenues for business growth is selling to the government, in particular, the State of Alabama,” the Mobile Chamber said. Registration for the event is required, and the cost to attend is $30. It is funded in part by a grant from the Alabama Department of Commerce and Alabama Innovation Fund.
