Firefighters Training Foundation Seeks Partners

The Alabama Firefighters Training Foundation Inc., a nonprofit formed last June in Semmes, is seeking partners to fulfill its mission of providing all fire personnel and fire departments in the state with access to the best possible training and training equipment to ensure the safety of firefighters and of the communities they serve. Businesses can partner with the foundation to achieve this goal by aiding it with its annual mission or with an individual training class. Those interested are asked to contact Anthony Rowett at email. The next large event planned by the foundation will be the training of 80 firefighters from around the country on March 25 and 26, 2023, in Fairhope. Most of the firefighters receiving the hands-on training, including live fire training, will be from Alabama.
