Foley Main Street Skills Workshop Series Continues

Foley Main Street is continuing its popular Skills for Success workshop series with two new sessions taught by the Auburn University School of Business. The free workshops, to help attendees build confidence, improve work habits and enhance skills, are scheduled for August 26 and September 16. The first, “Feel Confident with Any Customer,” is for anyone who interacts with the public. The September 16 workshop, “Take Control of Your Day (and Your To-Do List!),” will help attendees set clear goals to show exactly what is needed to be done for success, focus on what’s most important and leave work feeling accomplished and less stressed. Each session lasts 2 hr. and is offered at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. Each is free for those working at a Downtown Foley business and $50 per session for those outside the downtown district. Food and childcare will be provided for registrants.
