Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) Wetland Compliance Workshops

ACF is offering continuing-education Wetland Compliance Workshops on June 16 at the Mobile Area Association of Realtors in Mobile and July 19 at Baldwin REALTORS in Robertsdale. The regular course costs $40 and focuses on wetland types, identification, permitting and regulations. Those who stay for the advanced workshop (on June 16 only) will see such additional topics as permitting issuance, riparian rights, mitigation and interpretation of the Waters of the United States Rule. They will be charged a total of $55, and lunch will be included. The courses are geared toward real estate professionals, planners, developers and attorneys involved with land use activities.
