Comments Open For MBNEP Plan For The Next Decade

The Mobile Bay National Estuary Program (MBNEP) has released the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan 2025–2035: The Waters We Share. This updated plan charts a collaborative course for protecting and restoring the vital waters, habitats and communities of coastal Alabama over the next decade. Community members, partners and the public are invited to review the draft document and provide feedback during a 60-day public comment period, ensuring the final plan reflects the community’s priorities and voices. All comments will be incorporated in the appendix of the final document.
