Ground Broken On Graham Creek AG Building

FOLEY, Ala. — The Highland Group of Foley recently announced it broke ground on another addition to Graham Creek Nature Preserve, off Wolf Bay Drive in Foley. Dubbed the “Ag Building,” the 1,300-ft2 facility is to provide useful agricultural amenities for the property and surrounding community. It includes a large enclosed walk-in cooler for the hydroponics department, a 600-ft2 covered porch, storage space, bathrooms, offices and an outside kitchen. The Highland Group said this is the second project of its kind on which it partnered with WAS Design and Graham Creek to complete in recent years. “Graham Creek has been recognized as one of the most outstanding nature facilities in Alabama,” said Foley Mayor Ralph Hellmich. “And we look forward to this new addition that will help to further expand the ecotourism opportunities available here.”
