TerraCore is located in the 68 Ventures building on Highway 181 and is led by President Will Lowery, who manages all real estate development projects for 68 Ventures and affiliated investors. 68 Ventures is focused on development, construction, real estate and related services in the region. The long-term strategic plan for 68 Ventures is to vertically integrate through acquisitions, joint ventures and startups to provide scale and value creation. It has generated more than $4.7 billion in transaction volume over the last decade.
