BCM Morring Announces Project For Lewis Communications

BCM Morring, a general contractor in Mobile specializing in commercial interiors, recently announced it will soon break ground on the new corporate headquarters for Lewis Communications at 500 St. Louis Street in Mobile. The project includes the historical renovation of the approximately 11,000-ft2 building with a new two-story addition with green space and an upper-level patio. The exterior will meet historical guidelines with fully modern openings to meet energy codes. The completed project is expected to be 13,483 ft2. The interior will feature a modern, upscale design with high-end finishes. The project will also feature new parking with ornamental site fencing and the addition of softscapes.
