Thompson Holdings Hires Baya As General Counsel

Thompson Holdings, Inc. announced that Ryan Baya has joined the company as general counsel. In this corporate officer role, Baya will be a strategic team player in the company’s growth plans. A Mobile native, Baya attended Auburn University and law school at the University of Florida. He began his career working for Hand Arendall practicing in Alabama and Florida. Immediately before joining Thompson, Baya was in private practice in Tampa for 15 years with a heavy focus on construction law. “Ryan’s experience with risk management in the construction industry, coupled with his solutions-based approach for the benefit of our project teams and clients, makes him a great addition to our team,” said Chad Brown, Thompson Holdings CEO.
