Crescendo Acquires Blue Haven Pools

Crescendo Capital Partners of Los Angeles has acquired Blue Haven Pools on the Gulf, the largest franchisee in the Blue Haven Pools network, with a location in Mobile that was the chain’s first original franchise when it was founded by Marc Mihalsky in 2000. As of 2020, the company had built more than 600 swimming pools for residential customers, making it one of the top-10 pool builders in the U.S. It has other locations in Gulf Breeze and Santa Rosa, Florida, with a fourth undisclosed location pending. Mobile-based Transworld Business Advisors of the Gulf Coast served as the exclusive mergers-and-acquisitions advisor. Transworld said Crescendo represents one of the first institutional-grade financial investments in the new-pool construction industry.
