Dominguez & Persons Earns Position On Va Caribbean Construction MATOC

Dominguez & Persons, a joint-venture construction firm established in 2022 that combines the resources of Dominguez Design-Build, Inc. and Persons Services Corp., has officially earned a position on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) VISN 8 Caribbean Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This major 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside contract will support construction, renovation, alteration and repair projects at VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics throughout Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The impact is a five-year ordering period, a $700-million shared contract ceiling and individual task orders valued up to $50 million. “This award represents more than an exciting business opportunity. We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated team and joint venture partners whose expertise, hard work and commitment made this achievement possible,” Persons said.
