Dominguez & Persons Earns Position On Va Caribbean Construction MATOC

Dominguez & Persons, a joint-venture construction firm established in 2022 that combines the resources of Dominguez Design-Build, Inc. and Persons Services Corp., has officially earned a position on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) VISN 8 Caribbean Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This major 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside contract will support construction, renovation, alteration and repair projects at VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics throughout Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The impact is a five-year ordering period, a $700-million shared contract ceiling and individual task orders valued up to $50 million. “This award represents more than an exciting business opportunity.
