Harvey & Thomas Orthodontics Purchases Land For Fairhope Office

Harvey & Thomas Orthodontics paid $710,000 for a 1-acre site at the Encounter development—a 13-lot commercial project on 35 acres on Highways 181 and 104 in Fairhope—and plans to build a new office on the property, according to Herrington Realty, which represented the seller. Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Cos. represented the practice, which provides orthodontic services for children and adults with three locations in Mobile and an office in Brewton. The practice is home to physicians Dr. Keith Harvey, Dr. Carter Thomas and Dr. Kimi Butts and offers a full range of orthodontic services.
