CSU Adds Programs, Founds College Of Education

Columbia Southern University of Orange Beach has announced the addition of six degree programs of varied levels and topics, plus a postgraduate certificate in emergency management. The university is also introducing a college of education to house existing and future education programs. The new programs are BS in business administration – cybersecurity concentration, BS in emergency management – emergency medical services concentration, master of education in curriculum and instruction, MS in fire executive leadership – organizational leadership concentration, doctor of education in curriculum and instruction and doctor of organizational leadership. The master of education and doctor of education in curriculum and instruction will fall under the new college, which will be led by Dr. Freda Braddock. Braddock holds an EdD in curriculum and instruction and will serve as the dean and assistant provost for the new college.
