Bacon & Brew Music Bash Planned for Foley

GulfCoastNewsToday.com has announced the Bacon & Brew Music Bash for August 28 at Heritage Park in Foley. Coordinated by Best Florida Fest, the event kicks off at 10 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m. Bacon menu items from food and snack vendors will be highlighted, and beer and wine will be available. Live music will begin at 10 a.m.with Almost Skynard – Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute. False Identity will take the stage at 1 p.m. Finally, WANTED: The Bon Jovi Tribute Band will perform at 4-7 p.m. A kids’ zone will be available, and arts and crafts vendors will be set up throughout the park. There are also free contests throughout the day, which will allow winners to earn $50 in “Vendor Bucks.” Contests include: Bacon Eating at 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., Beer Stein Stacking at 2 p.m., Water Balloon Toss at 3 p.m. and Beer Stein Holding at 4 p.m. Entry is $5 for attendees 12 and older and free for those younger.
